R-Package Development – Technical Workshop

Dr. Jed Long is an Assistant Professor at Western University, where he leads the Geospatial Analysis Lab. Jed is also the author of popular R packages for the analysis of movement data, and will provide a technical overview of how to integrate R packages into your research. You should have some familiarity with the R statistical programming environment to gain the most from this workshop. You can follow along in a hands-on component. All attendees for CRRC Days are invited to participate in this pre-conference session – however this is an open session open to everyone to attend.
