Featured Sessions

Northern Ecosystems and Biology

Explore adaptations, climate impacts, and conservation strategies in Northern ecosystems, focusing on biological diversity and/or ecological dynamics under extreme environmental conditions.

Cryospheric Processes

Examine the dynamics of ice, snow, and permafrost, focusing on their roles in climate systems, ecological impacts, and the consequences of their changes in a warming world.

Resilience and Sustainability in Communities

Explore strategies for building resilient, sustainable communities, emphasizing climate adaptation, resource management, and integrating traditional knowledge with modern practices.

Hydrology and Water Quality

Focus on water cycle dynamics, water quality issues, and management strategies, highlighting the impacts of climate change and human activities on freshwater resources.

Remote Sensing and Modelling of Cold Regions

Explore advanced remote sensing techniques to monitor and analyze environmental changes, ice dynamics, and ecosystem processes in cold regions.
